The home page will be the entry to your event. Artwork may be uploaded directly providing show information and schedules. Apply your URL to websites, social media, and brochures to advertise the event. From here attendees and participants will be able to register in advance, then login the day of the program.
The Registration Form may be customized to acquire specific information from your attendees. Once registered, viewers will use their Username and Password to log into the event.
The lobby area provides attendees the option to choose the Exhibit Floor and visit participating brands, or the Main Theater where presentations run throughout the day.
Attendees will have the ability to click on desired booths with an over view of the convention floor.
Once an attendee clicks on an exhibit booth it will be brought to full screen. From this point viewers will be able to view brand videos, literature, text chat, and live video chat (optional). Each of these options are available by clicking the links provided below the booth only.
Larger booths will have 360 degree applications. This includes a front view of the booth, then entering the booth to view videos, graphics, literature, and avatars. Viewers may move from location to location to view different custom graphics and links on displays as well as be listed in the bar below.
Attendees will choose the main stage to view live or recorded programs scheduled by participating brands. A schedule of events will be listed showing the times of each presenter. Text Chat will be available below the player and the video may be enlarged full screen.
The booth will remain at the Taimingofthedo2021 url and may not be transferred elsewhere. It may be used the next event for Salon Center at a discounted price to update.
The only pages available before the show are the home page and registration. The platform will become live the day of the event.
We have no limit on the file size for videos or graphics.

The site will be active for an additional week. It will include booths and videos but will not be active as far as sales or live interaction.
Yes. Minimal changes may be made after the date in the situation that a new video or content is not complete by this time. However, it is not guaranteed depending on the situation as we get closer to the time of the event.
